The Vacuum Emulsifier Homogenizer is a complete system for manufacturing viscous emulsion,dispersion and suspension in either small-scale or large-scale cosmetic,pharmaceutical,food and chemical industries.
What is unique about the Vacuum Emulsifier Homogenizer compared with other types of mixers is it utilizes the many significant functions of vacuum to improve the performance of mixing and product handling and to achieve the best mixing results.
Controlling the mixing environment into a vacuum state will not only prevent aeration which will lead to mixing blade degradation,but will also attain void-free end product mixtures.
How the Vacuum Emulsifier Homogenizer works is very simple.First,the materials are introduced into the mixing tank.The emulsifying mixing tank contains fixed impellers with holes which promotes thorough mixing.During operation,the blades simultaneously rotate in forward and reverse rotation at variable speeds.
High speed mixing is initiated by forward mixing and reverse mixing initiates low mixing.The forward blade will convey the material up and the reverse blade will convey the material down.Depending on the application of the mixing unit,the client may choose from a number of Ginhong Vacuum Emulsifying Homogenizers based on working capacity and speed.
Materials will be continuously loaded and mixed by these two opposite forces,and will eventually be thrown out in the middle by centrifugal force.This is done repeatedly until the materials are completely mixed,dispersed and homogenized.Afterward,the heat from the jacket is quickly transferred to every part through the inside wall.
The equipment works completely under vacuum by the aid of the vacuum pump forcing the air out of the mixing tank.The vacuum protective sensor will keep the liquid pressure in normal state.In this scenario,it is assumed that less to no excess air is inside the system.
