Stainless Steel High Shear Vacuum Homogenizer Industrial Oil Liquid Emulsifier Mixer
Working Principle
After the materials are heated and stirred in the water pot and oil pot for mixed reaction, they are sucked into the emulsification pot by the vacuum pump. Through the central stirring at the top of the emulsification pot, the polytetrafluoroethylene scraper always caters to the shape of the stirring pot, sweeping away the sticky materials on the wall, so that the materials taken out continuously produce new interfaces, and then through the shearing, compression and folding of the blades and the rotating blades, the materials are stirred and mixed and flow down to the homogenizer under the pot body. The materials are then cut, impacted, and turbulently generated by the high-speed rotating cutting wheel and the fixed cutting sleeve. The materials are cut in the shear gap and quickly broken into 200nm-2um particles. Since the emulsification pot is in a vacuum state, the bubbles generated by the materials during the stirring process are promptly removed.
